Peran Kepemimpinan dan Komunikasi dalam Meningkatkan Produktivitas Kerja: Kajian dari Festival Kampung Wisata

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of leadership style and communication on work productivity. The research method used is quantitative research, where variables are measured using a Likert scale. Data collection methods are carried out using a list of questions (questionnaires) and documentation. The study was conducted using a population and research sample of 100 respondents using the simple random sampling method with a saturated sample method. Data processing using SPSS version 26 software. The data analysis technique used the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination. The results of the study indicate that partially the leadership style variable has a positive and significant effect on work productivity. Partially the communication variable has a positive and significant effect on work productivity. Simultaneously, leadership style and communication have a positive and significant effect on work productivity.
